Review of the conference organized by FESASS and the Belgian Association of Agricultural Journalists
The event was held at Boerenbond’s premises in Leuven, providing an ideal setting for rich and constructive exchanges between experts and journalists from the agricultural sector.
A day of expertise and sharing
The conference addressed crucial issues for the agricultural sector, with a particular focus on common challenges in animal health and livestock breeding.
We would like to congratulate our three speakers, Roxane Feller (AnimalhealthEurope), Jean-Yves Houtain (ARSIA), and Willem Van Praet (DGZ), for their high-quality presentations. Their expertise enriched the discussions and provided invaluable insights into the issues addressed.
Stronger European collaboration
The event also highlighted the importance of European cooperation and opened up prospects for joint action to meet the health and economic challenges facing our sectors. Finally, our warmest thanks to ABJA and all the participants for their commitment and enthusiasm.
Cultural discovery and informal exchanges
After the conference, participants had the opportunity to discover the charming city of Leuven on a guided tour. This convivial moment provided an opportunity to continue discussions in a more informal setting. The day ended with a dinner, providing a further opportunity to strengthen ties and deepen discussions initiated during the conference.
